Alternative Learning Provision

Flexible education, tailored for success.

Our alternative Learning Provision is designed for students. who find mainstream education challenging and require a structured yet adaptable learning environment. This service offers a comprehensive curriculum in English, Maths, and Science, delivered in small group settings or through one-to-one tuition, ensuring that every student receives the individualised attention they need.

Learning takes place at our Outreach Centre, in community settings, or through online sessions, offering flexibility to accommodate different learning styles and personal circumstances. By integrating a combination of in-person instruction, remote learning, and independent study, we provide an educational approach that is both engaging and effective. Students follow a structured timetable, working towards recognised qualifications, including GCSEs and Functional Skills, with regular progress monitoring to ensure they remain on track.

Beyond academics, we focus on developing essential life skills, encouraging independence, and building confidence. Our holistic approach includes social and emotional support, helping students to manage anxiety, improve communication, and develop resilience. With dedicated mentors and specialist educators, we create a nurturing environment where students can re-engage with their education and develop a positive attitude toward learning.
